TagScanner 5.0.515 - renames MP3, OGG, APE, SPEEX, FLAC, WavePack, AAC, MonkeyAudio, WavPack version 4, TrueAudio files so it included information from the tags, including name and title. TagScanner works in automatic mode, specify the path to the folder with the files (the program handles and subfolders, too) and press Rename button, and manually-editor tags with advanced support styles (compatible with Winamp billing).
There are simple but comfortable editor playlists (you can write and edit them on-the-fly) and steady player. In addition, the original program has attractive interface.
